I just want to thank Russian Bear. I was 352
pounds for eight years and I tried everything from diet pills to
drinks, but nothing helped. I was always tired: no energy!
I didn't want to get up in the morning or do anything. My son
got teased. I hated myself. I didn't have he energy to do three
